Welcome to JR’s 6 week shed fat/build muscle program. This is an intense total body program designed for those looking to get lean while building muscle. You'll use my favorite hypertrophy and physique sculpting exercises, which include low and high volume rep schemes along with progression to insure continuous progress throughout the 6 week period.

The workouts are split into a mix of press and pull exercises and will focus on the major muscle groups to help you achieve your ideal physique. How many days a week will I need to train?

This program is 5 workouts per week/2 rest days

I’m busy will I have time to complete this program?

No matter how much you have going on, you can do each workout in this program in around 60 minutes a day. Use this program for an effective and efficient total-body training to transform your physique!

Is this for beginners?

This program is designed for beginner-intermediate fitness levels.
