My name is J.R. and I specialize in providing strength training for men looking to get stronger in the gym and improve their physique.


1:1 Online Coaching - I want to help you achieve your fitness goals by providing proven fitness, nutrition and mindset principles. Whether it’s cutting, bulking or somewhere in-between I’ve been through all phases and will tailor a custom fitness and nutrition plan to meet your needs. A fitness plan should not be One-Size-Fits-All. Everyone’s body is unique and so are my programs.



I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist based in Southern California. I coach clients all over the country through my online platform.
